Thanks to my cousins Amy & John, I decided to start a blog for our new house on Mercer Island. There's a lot of work that needs to be done so it'll be interesting to see the changes - especially the before and after photos.
We started painting the Master Bedroom this week- the previous color was a sea green. Yuck! I've decided to go with a taupe/beige color however it is coming out to be a little lighter than what I want. Oh well.
I decided to paint the basement as well- I selected "Shore" and "Dusk" from Restoration Hardware. Haven't decided which one to use yet- will probably decide later this week when I test out the samples. I like the Dusk because it's darker but it might be too dark.
