We've been on the Island for one year now... it's been a great year. An oven-like summer followed by a cold winter. I've been nagging Kalvin to get AC but we still haven't gotten it. Don't know if an oven is better than a freezer.
We started some projects around the house... got a vegetable garden started, painted one of the rooms downstairs, a retaining wall is being built and siding is being replaced. Next up, baseboards, a new roof, and hopefully I get a utility room.
